- Gift cards or sale items marked as final sale.

- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@ulyvon.xyz or use the “Contact Us” form on our website. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: After we review your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your product back to.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if your order was eligible for free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.
